  1. Hi Neal! It’s Janira Tucker from the Egyptian/Jordan Viking trip we took together.
It looks like you’re having a blast! So happy to hear about it through your blogs. Mark and I leave for Argentina and Chile this coming Friday. We are doing the Patagonias on both sides. Next year, in December, we’re doing the Viking Antarctic cruise that your on right now.
Say hello to Leah for us. Stay warm and safe. I hope we will run into you in the future on a cruise or expedition 😊 Take care, Janira Tucker

    1. Wow! How are you guys? Just thinking about our Middle Eastern adventure puts a smile on my face. How lucky we were to spend time there when the world wasn’t blowing up around us. At its very least, Antarctica is peaceful. To say that competing countries co-exist there in the name of science is a rare thing. And at its most, it still remains isolated, unspoiled and mysterious, and quite beautiful. I’m so happy for you that you also get to experience this. Your Viking destinations are spot on. Have an amazing trip.

Lean and I will spend a month traveling thru S.E. Asia into the New Year, but 1st, we will rove eastern U.S. this summer in our Airstream and spend Thanksgiving in P.V. with Leah’s Albuquerque family. In fact, she’s there now! I’ll let her know you commented. Great catching up! I hope our paths will cross again.
